"Maui Diamond" is a custom ferro-cement cruiser built in Long Beach, CA to highest yacht standards. Sleeps 7 in three staterooms with two heads. 135hp Perkins 6-354 diesel. All sails roller furling with 3 electric winches, watermaker, washer/dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub, work shop and satellite TV. This vessel is extremely well maintained and makes for an economical liveaboard or world cruiser.

Starting forward is a head with a Vacuflush toilet, shower, sink with mirrored cupboard above, drawers and cabinets below . There is also a cedar lined closet. Continuing aft to 2 staterooms with over/under bunks opposite each other and mirrored full length closets. Television and AM/FM stereo cassette are in port cabin.
Aft to the salon on starboard is a U-shaped raised dinette which seats 5 comfortably. To port is a 3 person couch and Story & Clark electric organ. Aft on port is the U-shaped galley with Gurnert refrigerator (2' x 2' x 4'6") with beer door, microwave, double stainless steel sink, serving bar, food processing center, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffeemaker and Princess 3 burner stove/oven. To starboard is the navigation station and electrical panel.
Down four steps to the workshop on starboard with trash compactor, 6' work bench, vice, bench grinder, dive tank and horn tank racks with access to engine room.
Opposite is a single stateroom with berth and storage under. The stateroom includes 2-1/2' x 2'2" x 3' freezer with two cold plates. Aft of the stateroom is a closet with full size washer, dive tank storage and hanging wet locker. Opposite is the laundry closet with full size dryer, ice maker and pantry.
The master stateroom is aft with Jacuzzi Tub, twin beds, 3 transom windows and companionway door/hatch to aft deck. The stateroom includes 2 mirrored hanging closets, drawers with dividers and an enclosed Vacuflush head, ceramic sink, tile counter .
Headroom 6'6" Wall to wall carpeting throughout the yacht.
Fiberglass insulation in all overheads and most side bulkheads
1/4" cold rolled steel bars 2" apart running horizontally the length of the hull. The same running diagonally. Welded at each meeting point. 5 layers of 1/2" mesh wire tied to the steel rods overlapping and tied to steel rods.
KEEL: The Shoe is 1 foot deep filled with same rods welded together and filled with steel pellets and cement. Another 3 feet above the shoe is filled with steel bars and pellets. The hull thickness is 3/4'. The stem(bow) is very heavily reinforced
