With her traditional lines and solid fiberglass construction, the Bertram 42 is one of the few motor yachts her size built on a deep-V hull—the same hull used in the production of the Bertram 42 Convertible.
By today’s standards, the interior floorplan of the 42 is very unusual; the mid-level galley is forward with a hallway to starboard opening to the forward cabin with private head and shower. Aft of the salon is the full beam master stateroom with two single beds, private head and shower, vanity, and large hanging lockers.
With her proven deep-V hull, the Bertram 42 can handle sea conditions that keep other motor yachts her size in port.
