This is very basic 30' sloop with good bones! The Catalina is a well known sailboat with a modern, efficient hull and spacious accommodations making it a friendly racer/cruiser. This vessel has an assumable slip in the Everett Marina. Currently the lowest priced 1978 30' Catalina on Yachtworld, compass, VHF, depthsounder, stove/oven, top-load ice box, manual head (never been used), , main sail, 2 jib sails, life sling, PFD's, fire extinguisher, running lights, bilge pump, anchor, chain, rode. She is new to the market . THIS STILL IS A 30' AND THE EXTERIOR LOOKS GOOD. Diesel is a replacement with less than a 100 hrs on a rebuild.
