Additional Information
The ship was built in 1979 in Taipei, Taiwan. Convicted from the first owner to Corsica, sailed there only a few years. The second owner bought it in 2006, transferred it to Steenbergen / Netherlands and lived there for 8 years with his wife and two children.
On 24.12.2014 the current owner bought the "Alaya" (from the Tibetan - translated "home") and transferred it to Neustadt in North Germany and 2 years later to Travemünde, today's mooring. The current owner has bought the ship in a satisfactory condition and equipped it consistently for long-distance travel. Over Euro 120.000, - were invested in the ship (documents and documentation available). Almost all work was carried out by the renowned Marina Baltica shipyard in Travemünde and some still have warranty / guarantee. The ship is now in good condition and is really just waiting for the big ride.
