A well maintained version of this well regarded model. O'Day built boats designed for the performance cruiser for over 30 years. Designed by C. Raymond Hunt & Associates and introduced into the O'Day line in 1981. The O'Day 34 hull construction is a solid laminate of fiberglass and plastic resin. There is an interior fiberglass hull liner that forms the lockers, seats and berths as well as well as a considerable part of the support of the hull shell. Proven as a comfortable adventurous coastal cruiser that performs well around the buoys for those so inclined.

The forward V-berth sleeps two with space for dressing . A door leading to the main cabin offers additional privacy. To port is the head with access from the main cabin, which is easy to clean and maintain and features a sink, Hot & Cold pressure water with shower and manual flush head.
The main cabin features an L shaped settee to port which converts to a double berth. To starboard is a single settee. The centerline table stands on stainless steel legs and extends with 2 leaves for entertaining. Aft to starboard is a hanging locker, a chart table with storage drawers and space for electronics. Aft of the chart table is a generous sized quarter berth. The U shaped galley is to port. Opening port-lights offer great natural cabin ventilation. Fixed ports with clear lenses and fabric shades.
