Lifting Keel delivers just 2'6" Draft!

This is a unique production yacht, featuring a lifting keel, which is fully retractable.  You will have access to anchorages which would not be practical with a traditional deep draft yacht. With both the keel and rudder raised the boat draws just 2'6".  Yet, when everything is "down" the draft of 6'6" and the solid construction of the boat provides seaworthiness for long-distance passage-making.

The forward cabin has 2 crossover berths (upper/lower), with the aft cabin laid out with a double berth.  One head with shower is starboard of the companionway, with the galley to port.  There is an inside steering station to starboard, forward of the head.  

The mainsail has full battens with a Dutchman flaking system, and the roller-furling headsail is 139%.  There is a spinnaker and all supporting gear, along with an older mainsail, spare genoa, and an unused storm jib.

Dinghy/ob combo, "Cat" heater, full winter cover, Adler Barbour refrigeration/freezer, and a Hiller Range propane stove/oven round out the major accessories.  

The Yanmar 3HM diesel provides a solid 27 HP with excellent fuel economy.  

This is quite a lot of boat in 35'.  She'd make an excellent live aboard, coastal cruiser, or long-range passage maker.  Her Port of Everett Central Marina moorage is available for transfer to her new skipper as well. Come have a look!
