1998 Nautor Swan 56

An extremely well maintained Swan 56 designed by German Frers with twin-cockpit, transom opening hydraulically with bathing plat-form and teak deck in very good condition. An admirable yacht of the highest quality and with tip top equipment for long distance cruising (there are both generator and watermaker), and at the same time performance proficient for off-shore racing with large sail set from North Sails with full-batten mainsails and carbon spinnaker pole (see sailing set further down in the description). The current owner is extremely careful with the maintenance of the yacht, and since a comprehensive refit in 2007 he has equipped it with many new updates. All refit works always done at Nautor Swan service yards.

Below deck it is luxuriously furnished with Owner's cabin situated forward over full widthand and two guest cabins in aft; one with a double bed. Separate shore power supply in each cabin and light in wardrobes. In addition, two beds in the peak of the bow (see photo with layout for details). Pantry equipped with 4-burner stove with extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer as well as washing machine. Two bathrooms with vacuum flush toilet. Air conditioning with both cold and hot air.

On deck a total of 14 Lewmar winches, including 5 electric. Lewmar electric anchor with remote control, CQR anchor and 55 meter 12mm anchor chain. Bow thruster and 3-blade folding Gori Marine propeller. Carbon gangway (3.3 meters - 5kg). Sprayhood in both cockpits, respectively from 2012 and 2014.
