1999 Trojan 440 Express Yacht

here we have 3 stateroom 2 head express cruiser with the venerable cummins diesel engines with 1297 hours. this is a sought after model for a few reasons; 15ft beam, hydraulic swim platform(which is currently being fixed), bow thruster, and air conditioned cockpit. full raymarine package including autopilot and e120. new full enclosure canvas with 40 mil plastics. great layout in and out...best of the best for comfortable entertaining. the cockpit has the following; flat panel tv, wet bar with fridge and icemaker, great seating, lucite table, beautiful upholstery and air conditioning. on the aft deck there is a large lazarette for storage, as well as a storage cabinet on top of it. very easy engine room access through 3 hatches in the cockpit with the center hatch being hinged. the helm area is laid out well and well equipped with full raymarine electronics, flo scan fuel management system, bow thruster controls, vhf radio, bilge monitoring system, and full analog guages as well. there is a 12v dc breaker panel below the helm seat facing forward. on the bow we have new sunpads and canvas covers. there is also a remote acr spotlight, and a windlass. this cabin is stunning!!! new carpet and beautiful cabinetry. all soft goods are in fantastic condition. master has ensuite head and shower, flat panel tv, and a vanity. 2nd stateroom is for 2 people and has the 2nd head located just next to it. 3rd stateroom is a great bunkroom for kids. the galley is hidden by a hideaway panel when not in use. it is fully equipped with sink, 2 burner range top and a cuisinart convection microwave....and a coffee maker. ample storage above and below the sink. lots of mood lighting and a bose lifestyle system with subwoofer and surround sound finish this beautiful area off. oops, almost forgot the new icemaker and drink station in the salon which was custom amde by the owner. it replaced the area where the washing machine was...that was removed. just below 2000 hours on her generator make this a floating oasis!! she will not disappoint!
