A Brief Walkthrough:
First impressions are important and long-lasting. Entering the Salon from the Aft Deck, you’re immediately overtaken by the volume of the Salon. The custom backlit bar on the Port side invites you in, the massive couch on the Starboard side asks you to stay awhile. This is where you’ll find an Electronic Player Piano for hours of musical enjoyment.
Moving forward through the Dining Room, on the Port side, one accesses the Stateroom level, and along the Starboard side, accesses to the Pilothouse, the Galley, and the VIP Forward Stateroom.
This well-appointed 100 Hatteras accommodates (10) ten guests in (5) five staterooms. Her 2018 refit replaced the headliners throughout, new furnishings, window treatments. An Advanced $200,000 Audio/ Visual System including 5 Zones of Sound, 3 Large screen TV’s on the bridge alone, Tons of Speakers, and AV System Home Base.
She is configured with a large Midship Master Stateroom with privatized entrance, a king-sized berth, and an ensuite his/hers head. A very spacious VIP stateroom with a queen-sized berth and ensuite head is located forward. There are three (3) more cabins, one on the Starboard side with a queen berth and ensuite head, two (2) on the Port side - queen-sized berth with ensuite head and an adjoining over/under Bunk Stateroom.
The Galley is laid out to the highest of yachting standards and has all of the amenities any chef would want. It features granite countertops, Perko flooring, raised cherry settee for eight (8), and an enormous center island.
Enter into the Flybridge and Boat Deck from either the Pilothouse or Aft Deck. Being full-width, it provides the vessel with an enormous entertainment area. Forward centerline is a complete control station equipped with engine controls, monitoring, communication, and navigation. There are Wing Stations on both the Port and Stbd sides for ease of handling. The Center Island area features three (3) bar stools, a sub-zero refrigerator, and an ice maker. VA 36” TV folds down from the hardtop. A jacuzzi hot tub is just aft with a custom 360-degree rotating bar and three (3) bar stools. There is a sun pad on the Starboard side to enjoy after the hot tub and a two (2) piece custom Sun Shade/ Awning that keeps all the guests comfortable on those very hot days.
This Yacht enjoys the benefits of her current Captain and Crew. They have recently serviced or repaired every system onboard: The Head System, The Reverse Osmosis Water Maker, Onboard Fresh Water System, including all of the lights.
