She is equipped with a hydraulic lifting keel with a draft of 1.30 to 2.40 meters. The entire superstructure and cockpit repainted in 2017 in 2-component paint. The interior is in modern white and equipped with all conveniences.

De Beluga 40 is een sportief zeer goed zeilend schip. Het ontwerp is van Satellite Yacht Design (Kees van de Stadt). Het schip is gebouwd in woodcore epoxy wat een hele sterke en tegelijkertijd lichte constructie oplevert.
Het schip is grotendeel gebouwd bij Schaap Shipcare in Lelystad. Dit schip is uitgevoerd met een hydraulisch hefkiel met een diepgang van 1.30 tot 2.40 meter. De gehele opbouw en de kuip in 2017 opnieuw gespoten in 2 componenten lak. Het interieur is in modern wit uitgevoerd en voorzien van alle gemakken. Wilt u voorin varen met wedstrijden of wilt u een grote tocht maken? Dit schip is zeer geschikt voor beide doelen. Een alleskunner die u nooit in de steek laat. Dit schip is van de eerste eigenaar en voorzien van een uitgebreide zeilgarderobe.
