The boat is powered by three Volvo Penta D13-IPS engines, which boast reduced fuel consumption and up to 30 per cent lower CO2 emissions compared to a traditional inboard shaft installation. These huge savings enable, on average, a 40 percent longer cruising range.
The most incredible benefit about the IPS propulsion system is the low consume, that is only 57 lt/h (total of the 3 engines) at a speed of 10 kn. Thanks to the possibility to navigate constantly at low rpm, this boat simulates a displacement yacht.
Volvo Penta IPS is an innovative propulsion system, which has dual, counter-rotating dual propellers, individually steerable pods, as well as features like joystick docking and dynamic positioning to create an easy boating experience.
