 The custom-built trailer allows for easy loading and launching. The boat is sailed regularly and has been stored in a warehouse every winter. Recently the bottom paint has been redone, the mahogany brightwork has been refreshed and the entire boat has had a thorough cleaning. It performs beautifully and is impressively tight for a boat of this design. For hard sailing, it's fitted with 2 bilge pumps, only needed if water is splashing over the gunnels.

Boat sent to a Vermont boat builder who performed about a year of restoration. Major structural pieces, planks, etc. were replaced.  The boat was repainted, new canvas deck installed, mahogany trip redone. 

This boat is effectively water tight, although it's fitted with 2 bilge pumps the only time they are activated is when hard sailing with water splashing over the gunnel.  She is beautiful fast sailboat.
