This is a rare opportunity to have a very large boat, that is ready to remodel.  Has been in freshwater since 2008.  She was originally setup for gambling trips and most recently was being remodeled for restaurant service.  The project lapsed and the owner is ready to sell.  
Current State: Her Certificate of Inspection has expired.  She is documented as a "Recreational". So to bring back to commercial service in the USA, she has to be brought up to current inspected vessel USCG requirements.  Many uses of the boat under recreational, build out into a yacht, fractional ownership, VRBO at the dock, restaurant, etc...
In 2008-9, she was in tip-top condition.  It was driven to its current dock and laid up ever since.  She will need the following to get started: Batteries, mechanic to start since sitting for 11 yrs, port transmission rebuild, fuel polished, new shifter controls at helm, and other miscellaneous items.  She has just been sitting.  Time for a new owner to bring back to life.
