This luxury 35.35m AMER 116 motor yacht for sale was built by the Italian shipyard PerMare in 2009 and benefitted from a comprehensive refit in 2019 with the creation of 2 additional cabins. Today, this flybridge yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests in 5 en-suite cabins.
Cabin configuration onboard this AMER 116 motor yacht is comprised of a full beam master suite located on the main deck, and 3 double cabins and one twin cabin on the lower deck. All cabins are ensuite and have been furnished in light blue with dark wood and cream accents. The overall effect is a light and bright interior with a classic Italian feel.
The yacht’s interior and exterior have been carefully configured to ensure maximum enjoyment for all. One of her key features includes a glass elevator with spiral staircase effortlessly connecting her three decks.
She is the finest example of an AMER 116 model, which at her time of launch was the largest yacht to come out of the Italian yard. Interior and exterior where designed by Verme Project and inside there is a cool, contemporary aesthetic atmosphere, with modern artworks on the wall and gleaming varnished mahogany.
The spacious saloon is neatly divided into a lounge area, with a brand-new green velvet 7-seater sofa facing a new wide-screen TV, and a separate dining area, thanks to the central guest elevator serving all three decks and spiral glass staircase.
Out on deck there is plenty of room for socialising for a yacht of this size. The main deck aft is a welcome extension of the saloon, with outdoor armchair seating facing a settee, while on the sun deck there is a large sunbathing area aft, a newly installed bar area with all the expected amenities and a covered alfresco dining amidships. She also comes with a good-sized swim platform and a large garage, making her ideal for fans of watersports.
The yacht is built on a planing GRP hull and superstructure and is powered by twin 1825 Hp Cat Diesel engines providing a cruising speed of 22 knots but can reach the top speeds of up to 26 knots. Her maximum range is estimated at 710 nautical miles. Sizeable volumes can be found onboard thanks to her 231 gross tons.
Thanks to her €1M refit in 2019, including 2 new 40 kW generators and zero speed fin stabilizers, this AMER 116 yacht has been given a new life and is presented in pristine condition, ready for her next Owner.
